Return & Refund Policy

At Alyss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days (local orders) or 14 days (international orders).

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear (anak tudung/inner necks).

  • Sale or “Clearance” items.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

3. Exchanges (Defective or Wrong Items)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/color by mistake.

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a photo of the defect.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returning and resending the correct item in these cases.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed via your original payment method or as Store Credit (based on your preference).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
