Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the following business day.
2. Weekend & Public Holiday Policy
Please note that our shipping department does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next available working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
