1. How It Works (Earn 1:1)

Earning points is simple and automatic for registered members:

  • RM1 Spent = 1 Alyss Point.

  • For every RM1.00 you spend on our website, you will earn 1 point.

  • Points are calculated based on the final subtotal of your order (excluding shipping fees).

2. Exceptions & Exclusions

To keep our prices fair, certain items or periods are excluded from point collection:

  • Special Campaigns: We may occasionally offer “Double Point” days or exclude specific “Limited Edition” drops from the program.

  • Shipping Fees: Points are earned on product value only; shipping costs do not contribute to your point balance.

3. How to Redeem

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can partial or fully redeem at checkout process.

  • Rewards can be applied at checkout on your future purchases.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

  • Alyss reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program or point values at any time with prior notice.
